Description
The aim of this module is to introduce asylum and reception practitioners to the field of international protection.
This module provides a general overview of international protection, the key legal asylum-related instruments and the main terminology used in this domain. It explains the right to asylum, the principle of non‑refoulement, the notion of international protection and the main stages of the asylum procedure.
