Article 15(c)Qualification Directive: Judicial Trainer’s Guidance Note. The European Asylum Support Office (EASO) published a Judicial Trainer’s Guidance Note to support the consistent and coherent use of the Judicial Analysis on the same topic. The Guidance Note should be read and understood in conjunction with the Judicial Analysis. It introduces the objectives and aims of the professional development sessions to potential national Judicial Trainers as well as illustrating some tools at their disposal when conducting an efficient professional development meeting. It also suggests different practical case examples or scenarios that may be used.
