Welcome to the EUAA Traineeship page, where you will find all the necessary information about our new traineeship programme.
The EUAA’s traineeship programme is targeted at recent university graduates and university students enrolled in a higher education course and having completed at least three years of studies before starting the traineeship.
We offer a traineeship contract of 6 months, renewable for a maximum of another 6 months and a monthly traineeship grant of € 1500 and travel allowance at the beginning and at the end of the traineeship if trainees need to change their place of residence by more than 100 km. Who can apply?
You must be a national of an EU Member State or of a Schengen associated country (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland)
and
You must have completed at least the first cycle of a higher education course or have at least three years of studies
and
You must have a minimum level B2 of the (Common European Framework for Languages) in English. -
What is the start date of the traineeship?
A traineeship can start on the 1st or the 16th of any month.

What is the duration of the EUAA traineeship?
The initial traineeship contract is up to six months and may be renewed for a maximum of another six months. The maximum duration of a traineeship is 12 months.
How are trainees selected?
A vacancy notice, containing all relevant information about the traineeship opportunity, is posted normally for one full month. You must submit your application via our online application tool by the deadline.

EUAA carries out a keyword search in the pool of existing applications in the online application tool.
Candidates are screened by Human Resources in a non-biased and objective manner, based on the eligibility criteria under the traineeship rules and the needs of EUAA.
The selected applicants are invited to attend a remote interview. The interview will be held in English.
Once this process is completed, the results are communicated to all applicants who attended the interview.
