Asylum Knowledge

EUAA collects, analyses and disseminates information among key stakeholders to better understand the situation of asylum in the EU. 

Work in this area includes research on and analysis of countries of origin of asylum seekers, trends in migration patterns, and the functioning of national asylum systems. Activities also focus on providing support to national courts and asylum and reception practitioners. 

A wide range of information portals, analytical products, guidance and tools have been developed to inform policy development and the practical implementation of procedures.
