EASO Guidance on reception conditions: operational standards and indicators
This guidance is intended to provide support to Member States in the implementation of the key provisions of the Reception Conditions Directive (2013/33/EU). It can be used at both policy and operational level as a framework for further development of reception standards at national level and as a tool to support reception authorities in planning and in running of reception facilities. The guidance is structured in eight key sections, reflecting key areas of directive, providing respective standards, measurement indicators as well as good practice: housing; food; clothing and other non-food items; daily expenses allowance healthcare; provision of information and counselling; identification, assessment and response to special needs staff training. The tool is complemented by the IT app arc.easo.europa.eu
