The Management Board is the EUAA's planning and monitoring authority. It is composed of representatives of the EU Member States, the European Commission and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). The Executive Director, Ms. Nina Gregori, has been appointed by the Management Board, and is in charge of the day-to-day management of the agency.
