The purpose of this report is to provide information relevant for international protection status determination. The report provides information on the population’s situation under Taliban rule, the political context, the functioning of the de facto state administration, and the implementation of sharia. Furthermore, it outlines the general conflict-related security situation, the humanitarian situation and it describes the treatment of 11 selected groups and profiles.
