DESCRIPTION
The aim of this module is to outline the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to prepare and write a decision on the end of protection.
This module focuses on the relevant legal provisions and procedural safeguards pertaining to the end of protection. It also deals with the interpretation of the conditions that lead to the end of protection as laid down in the Qualification Directive.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
At the end of this module, the learner will be able to:

Identify grounds for withdrawing international protection through individual assessments

Apply the relevant legal provisions and procedures relating to the end of protection
DELIVERY METHOD
The module is delivered through a blended learning methodology (online and face-to-face). Online learning contains learning activities that assess progress toward the learning outcomes, and face-to-face sessions focus on complex elements that require discussion.
