Learning outcomes & description
The training training enables learners to explore the causes of information gaps of applicants for international protection including external barriers or factors. It aims to equip learners with knowledge on how to look into sources of information and information needs of applicants for international protection. Learners will become familiar with information and communication habits of applicants for international protection, so to be able to describe methodologies and techniques to gather relevant elements to structure an information needs assessment of applicants for international protection.
