The training aims to provide learners with knowledge on what is a communication and information provision strategy, its benefits and importance to affect change. Learners will explore different types of information provision strategies when working with applicants for international protection. They will also gain skills and knowledge on the main steps in designing, implementing and evaluating an information provision strategy.
