Description
The aim of this module is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify persons who may make an application for international protection to ensure access to the asylum procedure in compliance with fundamental rights. 

 

This module focuses on the relevant information to persons who may wish to make an application for international protection in line with the EU asylum acquis.

 

LEARNING OUTCOMES

  1. Identify indicators showing that a person may need to or wish to make an application for international protection in different contexts related to access to the asylum procedure
  2. Identify the key fundamental rights and obligations of persons who might need or wish to apply for international protection in accordance with the asylum procedure
  3. Identify indicators showing that a person may have special needs in different contexts related to access to the asylum procedure
  4. Select the relevant information on the rights and obligations of persons who might need or wish to apply for international protection and the appropriate communication techniques
