DESCRIPTION
The aim of this module is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to process the registration and lodging of an application for international protection in line with the EU asylum acquis and fundamental rights, while taking into account the special needs of vulnerable persons.
This module focuses on the knowledge and skills needed to provide information to applicants for international protection during the registration process.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
At the end of this module, the learner will be able to:

Identify the key steps to registering applications for international protection according to the EU legal framework and key fundamental rights

Select an appropriate approach to gathering relevant information from applications for international protection during the registration process

Select the relevant information to be provided to applicants for international protection during the registration process and the appropriate communication techniques

Identify appropriate approaches to consider the special needs of vulnerable applicants during the registration process
