DESCRIPTION

The new Asylum and Migration Management Regulation (AMMR) The training aims to provide learners with knowledge on the highlights of the new Asylum and Migration Management Regulation, which replaces the Dublin Regulation. More specifically, it enables learners to identify the changes introduced to the criteria and mechanisms for determining the Member State responsible for examining an application for international protection and the main elements of the newly established solidarity mechanism
 

LEARNING OUTCOMES

At the end of this module, the learner will be able to:
  1. Identify the main changes introduced by the AMMR relating to the criteria in determining the MS responsible for examining an application for international protection
  2. Identify main changes introduced by the AMMR relating to the procedures followed in the context of
    determining the MS responsible for examining an application for international protection
  3. Identify the main elements of the solidarity mechanism and the procedural steps of relocation
