DESCRIPTION
The new Asylum and Migration Management Regulation (AMMR) The training aims to provide learners with knowledge on the highlights of the new Asylum and Migration Management Regulation, which replaces the Dublin Regulation. More specifically, it enables learners to identify the changes introduced to the criteria and mechanisms for determining the Member State responsible for examining an application for international protection and the main elements of the newly established solidarity mechanism
