Learning outcomes & description

 

DESCRIPTION

The aim of this module is to equip learners with knowledge and skills related to health, safety and security principles relevant to the reception context.
This module focuses on the recognition and response to basic health, safety and security issues in order to maintain an inclusive and safe environment in a reception centre.
 

LEARNING OUTCOMES

At the end of this module, the learner will be able to:
  1. Identify health, safety and security standards and procedures relevant in reception contexts
  2. Propose selected techniques to implement specific health, safety and security i procedures to maintain an inclusive and safe environment in reception

 

DELIVERY METHOD

The module is delivered online, enabling self-paced learning. 

 

ASSESSMENT STRATEGY

The assessment strategy is based on one assessment at the end of the module and is designed to assess the elements of the learning outcomes of the module. The assessment consists of a written or animated scenario with open-ended questions.
